Sounds so good. Can’t wait to make it. Just a few questions: 1)how much salt and pepper do you use 2)can you use parve milk(rice dream, almond breeze) instead of non-dairy creamer 3)when you add the rest of the ing. to the pan how long and on what temperature?

Thank you and have a great shabbos

      Rivky’s response:

      1) Salt and pepper is usually added based on individual’s taste. I suggest 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 to 1/4 pepper.
      2) I have never tried using rice dream or almond breeze. I think non-dairy creamer has a thicker consistency than the other two. You can try it, but I don’t know if the final product will have the desired consistency.
      3) Once you saute the onions and mushrooms in the margarine, you turn off the flame and remove the pan from the stove. Then add the rest of the ingredients- don’t cook them.

      Good luck and enjoy!
