This dish from TorahMates coordinator Mrs. Sarah Feldman is delicious for a Shavuot Kiddush!

Ingredients:

12 ready blintzes
2 c. cottage cheese
½ c sour cream
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 T orange juice concentrate
½ c. organic sugar (regular if you really must)
brown sugar
cinnamon

Grease 9 X 13 pan and place blintzes side by side inside. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour evenly over the blintzes. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the top. Bake at 350F covered 25-30 minutes and then uncovered until firm, being careful not to burn.
