Olive dip with warm challah to start off your Shabbos meal… yum. This is a real olive spread, not flavored mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
19 oz. can green pitted olives
1/2 bunch parsley
4 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Process all ingredients in a food processor, leaving the mixture textured rather than completely smooth.
