A nice addition to your Purim seuda menu or any occasion.

Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. onion power
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. water

Mix all ingredients and smear over salmon. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
