A dessert that evokes summer camp memories…
Ingredients:
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. cocoa
Cream together all ingredients, flour last.
Pour into greased 9×13 pan and bake at 350F for 15 minutes. DO NOT BURN!
Cool. Spread a thick layer of marshmallow fluff over this layer.
Melt 6 oz. chocolate chips and 3/4 c. peanut butter on a low flame, just until melted. Mix in 2 cups crisp rice cereal such as Rice Krispies. Spread over fluff layer. Cut into squares. Freeze 15 minutes, then re-cut pieces.
