milkshake Full of potassium and vitamin B from the bananas and protein from the peanut butter, this shake is a delicious way to start your day. Recipe makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

2 cups vanilla soy or rice milk
2 Tbsp. honey or sugar
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
2 bananas, frozen
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
