Refreshing for a summer seuda shlishit/shalosh seudos (the Third Meal of Shabbos) or anytime! Ingredient amounts are approximate; you can adjust the amount of fruit to whatever you happen to have in your fridge. Softer fruit works better.
Ingredients:
5 peaches
5 plums
5 nectarines
1/2 lb. cherries/ 1 can pitted cherries
3/4 c. grape juice
1/2 package red jello
Chop fruit and put all ingredients in big pot with water to cover. Bring to boil and cook for a few hours. Serve chilled.
