These Pesach blondies are so yummy and so easy! Everybody loves ’em, so double the recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 C potato starch
- 3/4 C oil
- 3/4 C sugar
- 3/4 C brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 C chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix together all ingredients, besides chocolate chips, until well-combined. Stir in half of the chips.
- Pour batter into a greased eight- by eight-inch pan and sprinkle the rest of the chips on top. Bake 35–40 minutes. When cool, cut into squares.
