Who doesn’t love chocolate chip cookies? Dunked in a cup of milk, fresh out of the oven or anytime, these cookies just hit that sweet spot. From Oorah rep and master of the kitchen Chaya Sara Siegal, these are easy and simply yummy.

Ingredients:

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together, adding chocolate chips last. Bake at 350 F for approximately ten minutes. (Exact time will depend on your oven and how big your cookies are. You’ll know they’re ready when they are a little brown at the edges. They’ll firm up after you take them out of the oven.)
