Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Instructions:
- Slice the bananas into evenly-sized coins and freeze for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
- In a food processor fitted with the S-blade, pulse all the ingredients. A crumbly mixture will form, but keep pulsing until everything comes together and becomes creamy, approximately two to three minutes.
