Easy and Delicious Pancakes from Kosher.com

  • 1 and 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  1. Mix first five ingredients until smooth. Add milk and mix well.
  2. Drop by tablespoon into greased, hot skillet.
  3. Fry over medium heat until golden on both sides.
  4. Serve with sour cream and/or jam. You can add in your favorite toppings like bananas, blueberries, or shaved chocolate.
