Easy and Delicious Pancakes from Kosher.com
- 1 and 1/4 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- Mix first five ingredients until smooth. Add milk and mix well.
- Drop by tablespoon into greased, hot skillet.
- Fry over medium heat until golden on both sides.
- Serve with sour cream and/or jam. You can add in your favorite toppings like bananas, blueberries, or shaved chocolate.
